Hello,
I had my VSG in Aug. of 2012 and to date I've only lost 47 pounds. I had been up to 85 lost but have slipped off the wagon so to speak and have gained back some of the lost weight. This is something I'm not very proud of. In fact I'm very ashamed of myself and I'm very upset with myself. But....this week I've decided to get back on the wagon and I ordered another supply of Nectar (Twisted Cherry - it's the best) and I'm writing down everything I put in my mouth in a notebook. I do better when I'm writing it down - feel more accountable. If I eat something I shouldn't, I write it in red so that it really stands out and I try not to do it again. I guess I'm looking for support from older sleevers (55+) as I do not get any support from husband or grown children. I went from 8 meds a day to 4 meds a day which was great. It would only be 3 meds a day but I've had to start a med for my knee pain. Anyway, that's about it. I'm a good listener but have very intermittent (sp?) internet service so if I don't reply to any comments/posts please don't take it personally....just crappy service:( I look forward to hearing from other sleevers. I'm still getting used to this website too:) Not real computer savy either:(
