Protein seems to be the key to stopping my stalls. I read from someone that when they stall they go back to meat and protein drinks until the stall ends. I tried it with my last stall and after 8 days of not dropping a pound I dropped 4 over night. I don't know if it was just time for it to end or the protein is what helped. I do know I'm going to try it again with my next stall... Good luck!!
