    Hello, my name in Jon I'm 38 married with two great kids! I had surgery on 01-23-2013! I am currently down 30#! I had surgery at Fletcher Allen In burlington Vermont. My 3 week post op doctors appointment will be on the 14th of February. So far I am very optimistic about the surgery! My surgeon Dr. Patrick Fagione has been the BEST along with the entire staff at FAHC bariatric center!
