Had to stop all Protein Shakes as of today. My stomach would not tolerate them but now will b purée diet early with as many Proteins as can and also a Protein shot everyday! Brownstown is really close' date=' would b nice to talk to others in area <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />[/quote']
I am really happy! Lost 55 (or more now) since March. I am still doing shakes twice a day (premiere is all I can handle) and sometime Click coffee. I hate to even think of working out- but need to soon. Anytime you want to get together or walk maybe even... I am here. Feel free to text me anytime 734-620-1818.

Power Crunch ROCK. almost like eating wafers. The chocolate Peanut Butter taste like a butterfinger bar.

I have had them too. Yesterday was a really bad day for them. I took blood pressure and all was good. I get in all my Protein and vitamins- wondering if maybe dehydration. I worked all weekend shooting weddings (photog) and am sure I didn't stay hydrated enough for those.

I ate some chicken/broccoli at 6 weeks post op and I was in horrible pain and threw up violently. Each person is different. Just baby steps. Most things I enjoyed before font taste as good as they once did. Honestly- I now (at 12 weeks) crave clean foods. Watermelon is my biggest crave.

Mine took about a month to feel better. I am 10 weeks out and still have the mark where the IV was.

I did diet pop until the day before surgery. If I went through withdrawal it was while I was in the hospital for 3 days and pain meds must have shielded it. I haven't even wanted any since- its been 8 weeks and I don't miss it.

Had to do 6 months documented weight loss visits with forms filled out by doc, psych evaluation and attend a orientation. I was 39 BMI with apnea, high blood pressure and pre-diabetes.

I stalled at 2 weeks for about 2 weeks then it came off at about a pound a day. Just try to remember almost all of us go through this. HUGS!

I am 7 weeks out. Doing great. Just flew to Vegas a week ago to photograph a wedding. Walked miles daily (was there for a week). Only thing I can tell you is I had a hard time finding "diet" type foods. I brought Protein Bars and had some Pre-made shakes I bought there. We didn't have a fridge so it was difficult. I shot a wedding in Ireland last year and if you like seafood & Irish food you should be able to take a few bites of food and be good. I recommend packing some Protein Shake packages/powders. Congrats and best of luck. You are getting married on my birthday

I am down 30lbs- officially under 200 (198). Looking forward to starting Zumba this week. I have been doing treadmill almost daily. Was on a 2.5 week stall- but it's broke... FINALLY!

Yikes. I went 2 days without my cymbalta post op and I was a crying-depressed MESS! As soon as I got home I took it and was back to "me" the next day. Dr said to open capsule and use daily. Just wish they would have given it to me in the hospital too.

I stalled at 2 weeks for 3 weeks total- then started loosing again. It happens all the time. I am down 65lbs since march. Try to relax. It will happen. Even when I don't lose pounds I am loosing inches.
