so I'm just wondering ...i am only 1 week out and a very upset tummy to anything so far. will we sleever eat any fat food without getting sick?

Oh yes, Ma'm. You will be able to eat so much that you will have to learn to stop. I'm 18 months post op and I can eat a variety of things but only few that I can not. Steak... depending on how it's prepared and the cut of beef (filet mignon is gental on the stomach)... does not digest well... But a potato chip and cookies goes down great... so be very careful! We don't expireance dumping like the Roux-enY patients, so you have to monitor your sugar intake carefully. Soups and stews are a great. Zoup soups have a great variety and they are filling and affordable.
