I took a nap one day after lunch, and the same thjng happened to me. So weird. I thought if was because my stomach was full and the stomach acid/food was coming out. It was yuck!

Zumba kicked my butt today! I worked on legs and thighs on Tuesday. So today, I felt pretty much like I had gravel in my inner and outer thighs. But I went to Zumba anyways. Yay. Go me.

My doc said coffee 2 weeks after surgery and pop 6 mo. after. It is real hard to Imagine ever going back to either, though. For the first time in my life I have no vices! I am also sleeping better than ever without caffeine. On a lighter note, Sobe came out with an Acai Rasberry Lifewater! Soooo good!

I get the hiccups like 15-20 times per day since I was sleeved on 1/28/13. Anyone else get the hiccups more now than they did pre-op?

Mmm. Diet Coke. It is hard to Imagine a day when my stomach will be able to handle it again. I am like you in that, it feels good to have zero addictions/vices. Although I did just watch an episode of strange addictions where a girl was eating deodorant. Another one a girl ate nail files...so I am thinking about taking that up. I checked and there are zero carbs in deo and nail files! (For those of who don't already know...I am totally kidding!)

The saddest thing for me is that my husband an kids bought me a Keurig for my birthday last year. I love that coffee maker and used it several times a day!

My doctor had a 10 day pre-op diet, so I didn't get that last lunch. If your doctor is ok with real good for lunch, I don't see why you shouldn't. I would pick what you want and eat a smaller portion. Your husband may not be able to understand or relate with everything going on with your emotions. You are almost there, tomorrow you get help fighting your war! Best of luck!
