Hi guys... Congratulations to all that have been sleeves and to all the others who have made the decision to live healthier lives. I'm getting sleeves by Dr Ortiz on Feb 19 at OCC... Is anyone else on this date and center?

Ladies don't beat yourself up over the mini cheats today. That's life, the important thing is that u jump back on and move on. Don't dwell on it and don't think about it anymore. And most importantly echoing everyone else.... Drink ur water!! I'm on day 5 of liquids and it sucks!! I have a permanent protein chocolate taste in mouth that's doesn't go away. And swear I smell it on my breath!! I've gargled 3-4 times a day with listerine and brush and I swear its still there. But the end is near. I get sleeves on the 19. So that's motivation enough. Keep it up ladies. You are worth every sacrifice you r making!! Happy Valentines!!

I'm on Feb 19 as well... Yesterday the family whe to an Italian restaurant and it was rough only drinking soup while everyone else has pastas, cheeses, wine, etc... Flowing right in front of you. But ur right u do feel good and the added weight loss is a plus.

My surgery is Feb 19 in Mexico. I start Liquids on the 12th right now I'm pre-op. Starting weight 328, CW-313. Surgery goal weight is 307. So excited.. thank you guys for all the tips. I'll be sure to keep you guys posted.

Remember guys... When having a very low caloric intake ur body thinks its starving. So it holds on to fat for energy. That's why u lose weight when ur intake is better. And of course protein and water are needed for all process in our bodies.

Heelloooo to all. This is my first post. It's been very helpful reading all of your posts. My surgery is scheduled for Feb 19 in Tijuana, Mexico. I'm not nervous but very anxious to get it done. I'm on pre-op diet now. Starting weight 328 currently I am 314 goal weight for surgery is 307. I start liquids next week. I'll keep u guys posted n my experience. Keep the tips coming!!
