I am the same way!! Hate protein drinks! I did find one that tastes like chocolate milk to me and I can tolerate, already mixed "pure protein"23 grams of protein, 6 grms sugar 120 cals 12 oz! Found at target! A little pricey 8 dollars for 4 cans but tastes really good - frosty chocolate -
That is the one I'm drinking, they taste too good to be true, and I've tried a lot!!!

I know this is a yucky subject, but omg! I am 5 days post op and it has been torture going to the bathroom!! My doc has me on protein and clear liquids only! The protein is killing my BM's! Any suggestions??

I've been out of surgery for 3 days! All I can tell you is to look at it little by little! Take 4oz every hour for sixteen hours per day! It's working so well for me! I can actually take it all in! Except for the 70grams of protein, I can only do 23 for now but I'm imagining it will get better! Hang I'm there, you're on your way!! -

Hi, First time ever on this forum ! Had my sleeve done on 02/05/2013 and the gas is ugly! Been trying to drink those 4oz every 1 hour, but it's difficult! How long does that last ?
