  1. i was lucky my insurance covered the sleeve...has always covered gastric bypass but the sleeve was picked up June 2011, i don't think care in Mexico isany lesssthan the u s ...it's getting there and back home again. i felt terrible for a good 10days....flying to SCOTLAND in 3weeks and still concerned about that....

    has anyone ever tried Peking duck which i used pick up in nyc sounds ago? it was made out of some part of the tofu process i believe...so good..i would pick at right out the tub...i could get some..

    i have never heard of yuba but excited to try it.....i love the primal jerky so i am definitely to try recipe...Thanks for the links....eating my deconstructed eggplant parm..i cooked the eggplant i would for babaganoush...cook the hell out of it..scoop it and cook again with marinara and mozz ch....6 weeks out starting to feel normal

    50 percent h2o 50 percent g2 i find the g2 to s sweet and water to dense my stomach on its own
  6. i have exactly the same issues. gnawing away whether i eat ,drink,or nothing. i hate it as i never had serious acid pre op. i an going for an upper gi series so she can rule out stricture but i know it's acid and doubt you have h lori ...if you an endoscopy they would have detected it....ulcers too.....it acid and it's unfortunately a side effect. how we can both get relief

    i was having no acid until 5 weeks out one week ago....this is horrible...anyone havebad andthen get relief or this New normal? it's so bad makes me want to to a gastric bypass...i hear that fixes it!
  8. i cried a week of mornings.....then i went to a support group and meet sleeved folks...1-2-3 years out...so happy and healthy,that was the turning point me. think we have all this way and nothing can prepare us for this no matter how hard we researchresearch...see a shrink....nothing!

    just curious...what everyone eats on a daily basis.... b- wedge of laughing cow ch 2 gp 1/2 . cot ch 16 gp l- Boca burger with 2 T bbq sauce 15 gp d- chicken seitan about 3 oz 2 T teriyaki sauce 20 gp s- 1 0z shelled pistachios 6gp wedge of laughing cow 2 gp total protein= 61 approx calories=680

    i contemplated wls for years...i knew it would be a major life changing event..a tool to be used to assist me on my quest to a healthier . me ,a tool though....you can eat your way around the sleeve....as eggface says....the monkey might be off my back but the circus didn't town.....

    Confused and Panicking

    i have been told shoot for 60 g p daily...then veg and then carbs. i have very little room for anything than protein. i accessing 600 750 calories but they have said take in healthy protein and don't worry about calories..it's my curiosity. i guess get further out we Will be able to eat more veg. i eat 4 small meals a day.i am losing...i 2.4 to 5 miles daily now

    Wow...great post. idid readyour post about the bread thought...that could have been me..well,down road, i am still only 5 weeks out. you seem to have a good handle on your sleeve and are embracing now...wls is certainly not the way out...congrats again. sounds like you are eating to live and that's great!

    dee.....just leave the onions out of the chili...add more peppers.....and i don't believe the vegan burgers by Boca have onion in then. Thanks forthe website .....going to check that out! thinking about cutting an eggplant in half and roasting it till really well done .....maybe some marinara mozz ch for a deconstructed eggplant parm:)

    we finished the chili Very the same but the maple and you mind heat the chipoltle...such good chili. i have also made this with tofu but enjoy much more as a beefy chili
