i am glad i waited for the sleeve......i get restriction i need. it's a fabulous tool..i eat three small meals and a snack...i only do the snack so i can meet my protein requirements.....you will love the sleeve

i am sorry you both suffered with the band.i Very seriously considered the band ten years ago but never went through with it when i heard about the commitment with fills and the port.

We'll...full for me is different then it pre op....i feel it in chest..it's higher....and so hiccup or burp which is a signal...i measuring my food so i do to finish....i just go back to it it takes me awhile.....

it's the density of water which hurts our sleeves....by adding crystal light..or g2 it makes it easier to take...milk was good for me on.....water hits me like brick still and i an more than 6weeks out..

just a thought...anyone with sleeve consider a necklace or bracelet informing others such as doctors or emts we have the sleeve....i know they gave me a card to carry in my wallet but what if we incapacitated and can't say?

this looks like a good recipe .......it's 130 calories 5 gp carb 15. combine 2 cup vegetable stock with cup of milk, add 1 cup chopped fennel ,1T minced fennel fronds,2 minced garlic and 1/2 c quinoa. bring to boil reduce to a simmer. cook 15 minutes. cool then puree.

i think we all had similar reasons for choosing sleeve over bypass....i knew you all would touch on them...so yes to of the above...my friend is having two issues with his gastric bypass....he's internal bleeding where the intestine hooks up to the pouch and he's getting shake y after a meal i believe is hypoglycemia.....on a brighter note....he's of f his diabetes meds....and he's slightly below goal.have guys noticed that some gastric bypass people look like skeletors

i cried the first week post op thinking i had made the biggest mistake of my life and it was irreversible..1 1/2 post op i wonder why i didn't do this sooner...

i am down 35 pound since surgery, 10 pre op. i amfine other then a little stomach acid which doctor increased med s...it's better. restriction is good...getting my fluid in.....mostly getting protein in..

it was 6+months testing and i up waiting year because the nature of my business...all testing took longer than i thought it would

ll the previous posters ideas wiil get you back on track. listen to them.......get rid the junk food. i think if you go back to the beginning as someone already suggested it will get you back on track...how is the restriction?

i am trying to make same choices...stairs of elevator...why will i go out walk in 20degree weather then take elevator ? anyone a for kale chips? also would like recipes for quinoa...hoping it will be a good substitute for what i rice for.
