Last summer my "moment" happened ...I went to go on roller coaster and I didn't fit! So embarrassed and did the walk of shame, had to be the worst moment ever, so here I am 5 sizes smaller and in size large and going to hersheypark this weekend, I'm excited and nervous! Maybe I'm alone in this but after a big change my clothes are hanging on me and when I wear them they make me feel fatter? When I started this journey I was a 24 well yesterday I was a size large ! I had so much fun in regular ladies section, and there was a huge sale! I got 8 tops and two shorts for $50 so I don't feel bad lol! I was 24 in January only went down to 22 when I had surgery 4/26, so it's been just over two months from size 22...I will say the inches have fallen faster than the lbs! Sent from my iPhone using VST

I had dr Brams at Lahey , I got my appt 3wks and started the pre op in January and was sleeved April 26th. I can't say say enough great things about Lahey , I'm down 57lbs and had no complications and feel great! Good luck to you all! Sent from my iPhone using VST

It's not a bad thing! I slowly added my shakes to a replace my Breakfast then a week before just had 2 shakes and dinner, so when pure liquids came I was okay with it and not starving, helped me lose 32lbs prior and had a completely uncomplicated surgery ! Sent from my iPhone using VST

I can relate I have lost 15 since surgery 4/26 and have stayed the same for the past week, but clothes have changed, plus I gotta stop weighing daily lol, good thing I have appt with NUT tomorrow! Sent from my iPhone using VST

I was sleeved 4/26, down 14 since surgery 32 proir to surgery for 46total

Just had surgery few hours ago, doesn't seem real! Woke up feeling crappy with gas pains under ribs and nausea but meds kicked in, my doctor said I did great, best case today, so my stats are now HW 305 SW 273 CW unknown lol Btw had surgery w dr brams Lahey Burlington ma

All went extremely well , I am 1 wk put today, feel great no pain incisions healing nice old to start yogurt, applesauce, cream soups, and pudding yeah. Down 9lbs since surgery 41 total so far yeah! Cleared to go back to work Monday which is good cuz I am so bored lol. I can't say enough great things about the Lahey Burlington ma WLS they were/ are fabulous! So my stats are HW 305 SW 273 CW 264

I had to do 3wks liquid, make sure your shakes include at least 20-25g of protein a lot don't, this helps to keep you full, I also would add ice and put in blender for more of a shake, plus I bought all kinds of tea to change it up, it's worth it, my surgery went extremely well and I feel awesome and my surgery was Friday !

I was shocked the day after surgery the scale said I put on 9lbs! I'm post op 3 days and have lost 7 of that but man did that bum me out!

I like the premix isopure (3days post op) but I find me watering them down a little bit

I had surgery this morning felt like crap but feel better tonight, gas and nausea sucked even with ear patch and zofran

Yep it happened, I went shopping for the first time since on the liquid diet, about a week and lost it on my boyfriend. I have considered my self conquering this diet and loving the quick weight loss during it but while shopping and trying to buy food to make sure he eats I lost it! I was past due for my shake and starting to feeling hunger for the first time. I had to leave and go cry in the car. I thought it ended there but no. After I cooked him dinner I had another before bed, this because I Ended up missing one of my shakes and was hungry for the first time going to bed. I was so upset at him for eating! I feel better today but I felt week for the first time, am I alone here?

Thank you tj all for the kind words, I feel better and have excepted that I have to be more vocal and tell people when I can't do cooking shopping etc, my BF has been so good and he feels so bad , I was definitely acting invincible until the meltdown, the reality is that I am going thru a lot of changes and its okay to say no I need to step away from things I don't feel strong enough to do, especially where I have always seen myself as The Cook, he can cook like in his bachelor days lol !

I have been on for 6 days and have yet to feel hungry too. I have also lost close to 8lbs now so watching it melt off definitely helps!

I am right there with you, I have found inspiration when weighing myself, I'm down 8lbs since Tuesday so that definitely helps!
