So this is my 1st post. I have lurked for a while. I am 2 weeks post op today. Last Weednesday I moved from clear liquids to regular liquids. Since I made that move I have not lost any weight. Actually I put on 2 lbs and then lost those 2. I am very discouraged at the moment. Diet consists of high protein meal replacement shakes. I had added in some blended soups ( split pea, lentil, cream of chicken etc) Yesterday out of frustration I had the shakes only. I am making sure that I am getting enough water, roughly 60-90 oz aday. Any suggestions or thoughts.
