Yes you do and they want Mexican money not American so get some . They do give the deposit back . Great staff at the Merriott . They are second to none there !!! Enjoy your stay . -

I'm scared to feast . They tell me if I don't lose 13 lbs they could refuse to do my surgery so I have 3 lbs to go and I will have hit my goal . -

Yes. I'm doing a pre- op diet . Mostly protein bars and a small lunch and salads . I will be doing. 3 day protein shake and clear fluids 3 days before surgery .

I'm on my pre-op diet and have 6 lbs left to shed by April 8 th . I have been eating protein bars for meal replacements and they really work well with a cup of coffee . I try to stick to the 200 calorie ones and then I will have a container /!serving of Greek yogurt . I find this makes calorie counting easy . -
I'm with Dr Ortiz on April 8th and have only heard good things . Now I'm a little confused that your saying you weren't happy . Is there more feedback on the occ with dr Ortiz ??? Help I really need your feedback . Thanks
