I'm not quite two weeks post-op yet, but has anyone heard that there are some people who do not have to be filled? Supposingly the placement of the band is enough for the proper food restriction for some. Shaz -
Hang in there SunshineGirl. You're almost home and will soon be on puree. This is my 17th day of liquids so I can definitely relate to the boredom. However, we're gonna make it!!!

I was banded on 1-3-05 and am still on full liquids. I will begin the puree stage tomorrow. What types of food items work well when pureed? ( This web site is sooooo cool!):guess

I like the idea of Bandstock and would be willing to attend. I was just banded on January 3, 2005 and am reaching out for support from fellow bandsters. I am in the Chicago area and was banded by Dr. Rasponte of Swedish Covenant Hosp. So far, so good.
