I am 4 weeks post op doing great, all of the sudden I have this imense right sided pain between my two lap incisions, and a small bulg there...calling Doctor today it hurts with every movement, pain worse today then yesterday....anyone else have this pain?? Other then that I was doing GREAT!

Good Luck! I am affarid of losing mine, It was always my fav thing too about my self...hope it gets resolved fast... -
My reflux is 10 x worse then prior to surgery POD#9 for me.....the squeezing in my chest when I try to drink or eat is insane...they called me in some Prevacid still no better today.....all I can do is drink in very little incriments...this SUCKS! Anyone else have really bad GERD!

Thanks! Had first follow-up today down 14 lbs he gave me Reglan to try this week.....I was Allergic to the Prevacid.....rash all over face and eye swelled up.

I was sleeved/hernia repair too> on 1/28/13 down 13lbs , spent the evening in the ER my surgeon met me there(he is wonderful) had lots of chest pressure and shoulder pain when drinking or eating, pain x 3 days now pain when not even eating>had CT Scan all looks good no leak or tear, he thinks just reflux(thank God) got some new RX to be filled.....praying for a better day tomorrow 1 week follow-up on Thursday...... -

I lost 12 the 2 weeks prior to surgery just doing liquid shakes, I lose 12 lbs first week, now entering 2nd week my Doc said expect 2 lbs a week from this point at least...+/- would be great if it were more......1 lady in my group lst 50lbs first month but she is bigger to start with.... -

Protein is the key ....eat more protein or drink the supplements......b12 also keep up your metabolism when you dont eat it puts your body into starvation mode then you hold to fat......2lbs a week is where you should be
