    Sometimes I have a big drink when i want to eat but tummy is not growling. It helps me get my liquids in and eat less
  8. My goal for June 1 is <194 since I am shooting for 10 per month...my stats are: Surgery date 2/20/13 Surgery weight 224 Current weight 198 Total pounds to lose 4+ I would be absolutely thrilled to get to 190 by June 1

    I had surgery on 2/20/13 and have had a green tea latter once since then when my work did a group order. It was good and went down fine and I assume was legal / caffeine free but was about 300 calories so I haven't been willing to devote that many calories to non food since then
  14. Yes but I figure it helped me prep and learn so not a bad thing. I try not to talk about the weight loss as much as it is on my mind cuz I don't want to be a broken record it obnoxious
  15. If you have or can borrow a teenage you will have the best advice on not only what looks good but what is cool. You will have to treasure them that it is OK to be honest

  17. I had outpatient procedure. When i woke, it felt like seconds had passed since the anesthesiologist told me to listen to her voice count down. My pain levels were fine and I was able to change and go home very quickly. Pain level was highest the first two days then went down to almost nothing

    I hemmed all my old pants and gave em to my mom. I also got used to my new eating phases an planned my return to work menu and vitamin regimen. Also walked every day. I enjoyed the time off to heal and focus on me
