    I have been overwhelmed by too sweet too. I find that i like a max of 1 scoop and like it best with water tho I've also tried almond milk. I had some champion vanilla with a little sugar free Carmel syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon this morning and it was almost like a vanilla chai.

    Great advice Laura! I like Syntrax the best so far, especially the cappuccino tho I am still trying all the samples I have ordered. I really prefer one scoop even if it is a half serving of the bariatric advantage and Chike. The protein shots are kind of grossly thick and sweet but mixed with water and ice made them better.

    I spent a lot of time napping the first two days and focusing on my needs such as setting up my pill organizer and semi planning my protein and liquid intake for the day. Also reading, watching TV, reading vst and other blogs and visiting with family has been my main first week rehab focus.

    Sleeved 2/20 outpatient op, started clear liquid diet 2/23 and broth, protein shakes going well. I plan and look forward to thicker liquid diet starting 2/27. Really giving my stomach time to adjust and heal. Luckily I am not starving and head hunger is manageable. So far. Getting my protein reqs in and liquids and starting vitamins is my current focus. Looking forward to each day to come!

    My sister made fried potatoes and Bacon for breakfast and my nose appreciated the delicious smell but I was not actually hungry so resisting was not too horrid. I am on day 4 post op

    My Dr said I could start the next day. I did not feel up to that but I started the protein shakes and clear liquid diet on my 3rd day post op. Started my thyroid rx on the 4th day (today) and plan on starting my vitamins on the 5th day. My stomach seems to appreciate my pushing it slowly and talks to me by gurgling a lot but doesn't talk back by sicking anything up so we are both happy

    I am 3 days post op and feeling much better, stronger and alert. I am going to start broth and protein shots today as I've been having strict liquids only so far. I just had no hunger which is kinda nice but I know I have to give my body nourishment. I am on clear diet for 1 week then then thicker liquid 1 week and mushy for 2. Not sure when I will start my vitamins but I've started walking.

    I had mg sleeve Wed and have been working on getting liquids in. I've had no hunger at all yet.

    I had sleeve on 2/20 and have been walking every time I wake. Gas is better still have bubble in mid chest. Drinking more but not hungry at all. Not sure when ill start with broth and protein shakes.

    I was sleeved 2/20 and it was outpatient so I have been home since. I am walking every time a eke up and just have gas in middle of chest. I am drinking more but not felt hungry or up to eating protein shakes or broth

    I've been really good, started MT clear diet a day early and am on bowel cleaner today but I am pretty sure I am going to skip the enema. My sister had same procedure with same surgeon and skipped it too and I really don't want to do it. Thoughts??

    You are suposed to drink a glass of water (at least) with the dose. I mixed it together and added more because it was so sweet
