  3. Hiccups come from the diaphragm being disturbed and is probably because the tummy is new size. My sister was sleeved in Nov and further along than me and she says she feels it filling up like a cup and it is noticeable when you get to soft/regular food.

    Eating too much?

It is easier to eat more of the liquids. Listen to your tummy, work on slowing down and you will transition fine

My nut recommends their vegetarian meatballs so they are on my list to try. I also buy their hi potency chewable vitamins and sublingual b6/b12 folic acid from there. Love TJs!

  9. I am 9 days post op and eating thick liquids, yogurt, soup, pudding, sweet potatoes. The last two days I get a pain mid chest when eating, is this heartburn or acid? Anyone experienced this? The pain definitely starts mid chest/breast bone area

    Mid chest pain when eating

I am pretty sure the pain was due to being too thick. I thought if it was soft and mushy that was enough. Water down is now my middle name! Thanks for all your replies

Is it bad if i drink coffee?

My nut says it is the caffeine noy the acid but didn't explain completely. Since I am 7days post op, I am going to follow the rules...for now. I can do without coffee though I love it but I know we will dance again at a later date
