    What I just hit my 6month out and I've lost a hundred and 7 pounds which is 90 percent of my excess weight. I've already beat my goal about 6 pounds but the doctor says his goal is five more pounds

    Well I really pretty much made my goal now. Its been 5months and I started at 282 . I now weigh 184!!! Great right but how do I move past all the excess skin I really didnt know that it would bother me at all, but it has dramatically done so. I know that I have to get over it but im so embrassed

    Yes! Which ofcourse made the weight come off faster which created more skin.

    Well I was sleeved February and everything has been doing great until now. I started at 277 right before surgery and last week I was 199. Now I have had a kidney stone this week and its been real hard to eat. I am down to 190 and getting a little worried. I think I'm dropping way to fast now any suggestions would be great!

    I had a great 10 week appt. Yesterday! Pre surgery I started at 277, I weighed in yesterday at 221. Its slowed down a lot I only lost 14 in the past 4 weeks. I'm ok with that. I really only have 40 more to reach my personal goal

    Well I was sleeved on feb 6 .. sometimes its gets rough if I eat to fast but other than that I feel great. I started before surgery at 277, I'm now at 228.

    Well my goal everyday is to get 80 or 90 grams of protein which makes it come off a little faster

    Hey, I was sleeved on the 6th of febuary. At first I wondered if I made a huge mistake but I know realize that it just took strength to overcome. The week before surgury I weighed 277. 6 weeks later I am weighing in at 235. I feel so happy and encouraged but I'm still getting use to "how to eat" any advice someone whants to give me would be so thankful
