    hair loss ; (

Well it WILL help the supplement maker turn a profit! I think (also) that it's protein! Most need a minimum of 60 grams after sleeving (at least for a while).

I think this is the "holy cwap" moment

The Lovenox shots are easy. By pinching the fat (hard) they really DO NOT hurt -- you don't even have to watch. They'll teach you how during your hospital stay...

    Dehydration?

Well, those COULD be symptoms of dehydration. How much water are you getting in? Remember toi shoot for 6 to 8 8 Oz glasses... I drink a lot more (gotta go pee)...

    wow the skin!

Well, there are no magic answers. Plastic surgery does work, but 'tis expensive and (from what I've been told) hurts a bit.

    surgery after surgery

Your work will be a Whole Lot Unhappier if you have a blocked kidney stone at work. (If you do, yell and scream LOUDLY)

    pre op diet

It will get better if can hold to the fast! Maybe 3, maybe 4 days...
  16. For me no pain, just a "pulling" sensation that was more strange than hurtful and over in 5 seconds. Done at day 2.

    Vitamins

    Buy. I use Unjury chewables.
  18. It's hard for the first 3/4 days and will get better. BUT, if you add carbs, the 3/4 days start all over again. YES, this is hard, if it was easy, you'd a already done it! MUCH of this is detoxing from your 'regular' eatieng, both physiologically and emotionally. Hang in there, it is IMPORTANT to do this and shrink your liver so that the surgeon has an easier time of it.

    Confession Time :(

Great topic!!! I think we can ALL relate. Some days are harder than others. Me, I can have NONE, but I can't have a little (If I have one I have many, so I work HARD to have none).

Just ate a bagel with butter

It's not "stretching the sleeve" that you need to worry about... it's figurinjg out how to "work around" the sleeve limitations... drinking with meals, lots of slider foods eaten often, etc. Like said above, fight the head hunger, cause head hunger is powerful. I know that some hate to hear this but the sleeve IS a tool that YOU have to use to lose and maintain your loss. Good Luck... But try to be good to yourself, you family battles are so sad. Hang in there...

AMEN!!! Let your MD sort this out!!
  22. "Dumping Syndrome". You have found something (usually it is sugar) that goes right through. For you cheese. Wait a month and try again (at home).
