Yep. My daughter (of normal weight) has sleep eating episodes, and unrelated to any medication. Always interesting to see what's been taken to the bedroom.

3500 calories equals 1 lb of fat. SO, this daily up and down is NOT fat. And I agree, DON'T weighself every day. One exception: IF you weighed daily as you were GETTING fat, it's OK to do the same as you lose!!!!!!
