I'm 4 months out and it's still hard,i set my timer to eat every two hours to remind my self to eat because the key to losing weight is eating,but everytime that timer goes off,it's like time to eat again,lol it's very hard,and eaing is no longer enjoyable any more,because after a few bites you are so full,and you still can't drink anything untill about a hour later,and i only have a taste for water,no juies,no diet drinks, my Doctor say that's good..

    Tips to regain strength?

    I'M 4 months and still get weak when i'm out,i make sure i keep my water with me at all times,at home i time my meals every two hours to remind my self to eat,so when i'm out,i just can not eat the way i should,so it's gone to take a while,you only can push so much down.

    Increase your intake,what i do is time my self to eat every two hours,so i set my timer,and i eat, even tho i;m never hungry..so it's been working for me also i stop walking on my treadmill for a while,and i started losing faster,i know crazy, lol.but i will start back soon just watching my body for now and also you could be losing inches that will not show on the scale,so don't get discourage it will start back soon..

    Nope this surgery was a blessing was sleeve on jan 24,65 down,and 40 more to go,was wearing a size 22 and now a size 12

When i had a stall i was told to increase my intake,so i set my timer to remind my self to eat every two hours,i eat even when i'm not hungry,because if i listen to my stomach i will never eat lol..and its working,i'm losing a pound every other day now and plenty of inches now,also i stop walking on my tread mill,and i'm dropping i know that's crazy,i will start back soon just watching my body to see what it is doing, and also you could be losing inches that will not show on the scale,the key to losing is to eat,eat,eat,because you only eat a few spoons anyway.

    I was told when i hit a stall to increase my intake so now i set my timer to remind me to eat every two hours,i eat even if i'm not hungry,because i can only eat small amounts anyway,because if i listen to my stomach i will never eat lol,,so the key to losing weight is to eat,and also you could be losing inches that will not show on the scale..and also i was walking on my treadmill and i stop a while to see what my body is doing,and it start moving faster,i know that crazy,but i will start back again,so just give it time it will start back again,and only do your weight once a week i know it's hard.so don't get discourage .

    I was sleeved Jan 24,beginning weight 264 i'm now 204,i was wearing a size 22 and now i can fit in a 12.there is really no slow or fast everyone is different.. but you are doing great...

    t he pot comment was not really funny,sorry to hear that you are going through,everyone case is different,it does take lot of time to heal,and it is a process,just give it time it gets better..

    You just started exercising in 7 months,because i was stall,so i increase my intake and i stop the treadmill for a while and i started losing again it;s crazy i'm confused..i want to start back just watching my body to see what it will do..

    Yes i was sleeved Jan, 24,i had a stalled also i was told to increase my intake,so i set my timer to eat every two hours,i eat even when i'm not hungry,because i can only eat a few spoons anyway,and it work the scale start moving again,and also i stop exercising on my treadmill for two weeks and the scale really started moving,i know it;s crazy:),i will start back again,just watching my body now,to see what it is doing..also you could be losing inches that will not show on the scale..because when i was on a stall i kept getting smaller so it was inches..so hang in there and don't give up you will start losing again..and eat,eat,because eating is the key...

    6 weeks out and im stalling

    I was at a stall i set my timer and eat every two hours,even if i'm not hungry i eat because i'm never hungry anyway.so the timer reminds me to eat,i only can do a few spoons anyway,so i notice the scale is moving again,so it works,i was sleeved jan 24,and also i stop the treadmilll for a bit and it really started moving,can't explain it :)looking to start back soon just watching to see what by body is doing..

Well i started out at 264 i'm 208 now,my surgery was on jan 24,I loss 18 pre-op,and i loss the rest after,i had a stall for a bit,so i was told to increase my intake,so i set my timer to remind my self to eat,every two hours,i eat even if i'm not hungry,because i can only eat a fews spoons anyway,so it's working for me now .

    I am so sorry to hear your story,and hope it gets better for you,My story is much differnt.I went in on the Jan 22 to get a bypass and when the Dr, went in i had so much scar tissue when tey went in and My Dr. decided not to do the surgery because it was a high risk for my health,so when i woke up in recovery and heard the nurses talking saying i did not have the surgery i thought i was dreaming,i could not even imagine not having the surgeri woke up in pain holes in my stomach and still fat and hurt,when my Doctor came in to tell me it hurted him to give me the news,Ans how do i feel about getting the sleeve,what he did not know i did a lot of praying that night so i had my answer from God i was already in the hosp,already had pain and the holes in my stomach,so i decided to go foward and it turn out to be a blessing,after two knee replacments,a dics in my back,i can say i', grateful to even have the surgery,i strted out at 264 and i'm, 210.taken off of high blood pressure medication,feeling so much better,bck do not hurt anymore.every pain,everything i been through it was worth it,and i will do it all over again to become healthy,yes it was hard but it gets better day by day,so i'm thankful to a second chance to get healthy,and i've tried everything else and it didn't work but this did
