Im not normaly like this however last nights dinner was the straw thats broken the cammels back . So this morning im on yougurt and bannana bits lunch im doing beans and dinner Chillie not a blender in sight. I was sleeved on 1/22/13 and im halfway through stage 2 and im actualy gagging at the thought of the blender. Thats today however maybe I will think different tomorrow. Im going for a walk with the dog to the beach to try and get my sh#t together. Its a beautuful day in the west coast of Scotland today cold and blue skys. Well thats my rant is over feeling a little better now ive excersised my texting finger. I pod charging, going for a shower,just checked poop sacks in jacket pocket,dog looking at me with the look of is he is he is thinkin about the W word ,yup .well have a great day everyone that reads this : ) oh and dont forget the WATER.

Great youll be up and about un no time ice chips will sort out the feeling if mouth like a arabs flip flop oh and you can ask to brush your teeth : )

I love this positve stuff time to kick a hole in our lifes..... I love my wife my kids and my.dog... my tiny wee Dr for looking at ME not a fat guy and for kick starting my return to the human race thanks to my surgical team the support and information has been great.. my surgeon your skill.and experiance has had my life in your hands youll probably never read this however thanks im going to make the most of this ..anyone thats not losing dont let it get you down you have done and are amazing ..this is your time this is the start of a journey your only going to open your eyes and positive oppertunitys to keep you going this is yours and my time...heres to everyone thats helped and been there. Yeeehaa : )

Im from Prestwick had my sleeve done 22/1/13 by Mr Ali in Ayr hospital no problems on the stage 2 diet so far so good the after care and support is fantastic

Not fast thinking .....you live you learn I dont have the red cluch bag I live in,Scotland so vomiting on a night out is normal however I can totaly understand the dilema loads of love to all keeping it real .: )

Note to self always carry a sealable plastic bag when going out for dinner dont forget the extra Water and Protein.:~)

Try upping your Water and Protein there is a post and seems to be working for most hang on in there best of luck

How do I get on to the uk sleevers they want a password and contact administrator why do they make it so hard

My dietitcian and surgen after day 3 I was allowed tomato soup ive got a day by day diet sheet im in the uk and if you go on the nhs bariatric web site youll get meal plans they are simple to follow I got my sleeve 1/22/13 no issues no pain and dont know your medical issues if any I had scrambled egg on day 14 eat slow min 20 chews can only manage 1 egg amount then im stuffed hang on in there use the net and common sense : ) Happy hunting

I didnt need the 2 surgerys im in the uk and the nhs carried out my vs on the 22nd jan 2013 in Scotland to qualify you need to have type 2 db or sleep apnia I have or had sleep apnia im waiting for sone sleep study test later this month ive been off my work for almost a year and all going well I will be back in April my wifes been amazing not sure if shes going to end up in the nut house before me just couldent have done it with out her loads of highs and lows just want to get back to work and normality what ever that is .

On the mush 14 th day still no issues just want to start to excersize 153kg on day of surgery day 14 I am 145kg few scary days of no movement on the scales feeling great visit my Dr tomorrow at the local surgery and 6 weeks untill I see my surgical guys all in all so far so good would recomend it to anyone having 2nd thoughts realy did not think I would feel this good
