I'm the 13th too! Very excited and scared at the same time...this pre op of liquids only sucks though, it does get a little better every day but its still hard to see everyone around you eating and all u can have is boring protein shakes! I'm on day 3 and today seems harder than the other 2 days I feel a little weak, light headed (headache from no caffeine) and nausea at times...I'm on clear liquid and protein shakes for the next 11 days before surgery...I'm definitely getting enough fluids I just didn't know if anyone out there ever felt like this either? One good filling recipe I did last night and this morning was take the unjury vanilla with skim milk, frozen strawberries, banana and ice in a blender and it was a pretty good smoothie! Sent from my iPhone using VST

I am having my surgery on the 13th only 2 weeks away ! My doctor wants me to start drinking the Protein shakes for the next 2 weeks before the surgery... Just really hoping that I won't be hungry all the time! What are the best tasting shakes anyone has tried? I bought the unjury starter pack and will try them tomorrow along with the sugar free carnation instant Breakfast ones, any other suggestions?? Sent from my iPhone using VST
