Hi ALL, When were you cleared for exercise? My surgeon cleared me at 12 days out but, I was scared & to be honest...I just started at 6wks out! When did you start? Did you have restrictions? I tried the 30 day shred a few days ago & I thought I hurt my new tummy! I'm a runner & I like to spin...I just don't want it to be too much too soon! Thanks everyone!
