Mine has been constant & I already take 2 40mg of Prilosec. It's as if my tonsils are really swollen or I'm trying to swallow them!? I'm going to start some Zyrtec tonight. ElyQuint, I had a hiatal hernia repair as well.

Hi, I'm approaching 4 months & I've had the cotton/lump throat thing ever since the very beginning! The surgeon said that it's probably nothing & that I need to stop focusing on it. Umm, it's very annoying! I am on 2 40mg of Prilosec a day and if I try & cut my dose to half, it makes it worse! I have made an appt. with an ENT to see if he can do or find anything....I can't stand it anymore! It's like I have a constant lump or I need to swallow & it won't go down!

Hi all, I'm 3 1/2 months out & I've been having a weird feeling in my stomach. It's tender and almost like an ache. It's hard to explain it & I'm getting a little freaked out. I can't get ahold of my surgeon & I'm not too sure on what to do? Anyone else have issues this far out & have experienced the same? I am also still very bloated, not too sure what's going on there either! Thank you,

It's really obvious when I forget to take my 2nd dose of Prilosec! Did you ever feel like it was rough or chunky? Sorry, gross!

Thanks ladies! Chittick, I take 2 40mg of Prilosec a day. It doesn't feel like acid but, very well could be. Soocal, I still have that swallowing thing too. It's like my swallowing isn't smooth!? Dr. said, it's most likely nothing...SIGH. Wags, it's below my breast bone & down a little. Not really a burning feeling just tender & a little sore.
