Danielle, I read some scary stuff as well.....I had some anxiety for about a week. I'm so much calmer because I know I'm doing the right thing & I need this! Remember WHY you're doing this surgery in the 1st place! When is your surgery? Mine is in June. -
So my husband is not on board with me having my surgery in Mexico. I have 2 insurances that don't cover the procedure. So now I have to find a local surgeon & pay lots of $$$$! Help, does anyone know of a great surgeon in Las Vegas? I'm looking into Dr. Umbach & Dr. Atkinson. Thank you, Molly

Hi everyone, Anybody with regrets past 4-6wks? It seems a ton people on here get buyers remorse in the beginning. Can you please share your story if you regretted it in the beginning & now love it? Anyone out there that has been sleeved for a while & just wished they never had the surgery? Thanks all!

I just saw a vlog on Youtube & the person said that anxiety & panic attacks are a common side effect with WLS?! Please tell me this isn't so! I'm getting worked up again, sorry.

Just great.....I was just starting to feel a little better! I'm going to check out another surgeon this wed. I've narrowed it down to 2.....decisions, decisions! You're right, the closer I get the more scared/anxious I get!

I'm right there with you guys! I suffered panic/anxiety over 16 yrs ago & was on meds. I was only on the meds a short time & haven't really had an episode in yrs until now! I'm having my surgery in June & have been so scared. I think I'm going to try and see the psychologist that did my psych eval for insurance?! It's so crazy how I've been researching WLS for over a yr now & now I'm worried!

Jen- I'm having surgery in June & I'm freaking the heck out already!? I'm second guessing every little 'what if'! We need to remember that the majority of people are so happy that they did it & that they wished they have had it sooner! You got this!
