Buplee- I honestly think that you'll like the water aerobics BUT, I totally feel you on being self conscious! I haven't done Pilates in a while but as soon as I can after surgery, I WILL! I also love spinning, have you ever tried it? -

I can't stand Yoga...I giggle too! I LOVE Pilates though! Buplee- can you do Water aerobics? I have a friend that has a bad back & that's all she does. -

I know you ALL have been asked a few times about Protein powder & Vitamins but, I would really like to know what your favorite is at the moment? Also, what is a good unflavored Protein powder?
