I'm eating alot of fish, yogurt...chicken. Drink plenty of fluids. It's been so hard to get used to new thing, occasionally I eat a bite of cookie or candy. Lol but I'm walking 2 miles daily, my stomach is pretty much shrunk back by itself I don't do any weights or toning as of now, I'm 24 yrs old so my skin is elastic still. thanks gals! I'm finally feeling good!!!!!! -
