I had my sleeve March 5th and it's day by day it gets better every day I had both (chicken) with a scoop of protein more protein shake's today 1st time I had that much food...I had a hard time getting water down you can have Crystal lite and S/F jello also S/F Italy ice they come in little cups today I had S/F hot cocoa with protein in it..Try to get as much protein in as you can..slip,slip...AS Soon you feel that full feeling stop your head will tell you..I get cramps If I get to much or to fast eating I use a baby slipper cups you can get at the dollar store good luck...

How is everyone doing out there I hope well I am feeling better getting my protein down and broth I am down 16lbs. I did a lot of walking today went food shopping and to the bank I didn't drive but feeling better every day!!

I can relate too you also the gas is very painful and gasX helps I am 6 day post op been very stick also I have lost 15lbs having a hard time getting protein down good luck on you new life!!

Had the sleeve March 5 my Dr. has me on all clear diet I hate Isopure having a hard time getting it down try another protein drinks, shake with water like Nectar, Spiru-tein also Whey protein isolate elite I like the elite but I starting getting very, very stick!! nausea,then dumping syndrome now for 2 days...I can't get jello down going to call my nut in the morning I am only getting about 300 cals .and about 30g of protein a day I have lost 15lbs.I drink hot teas That helps I live on I Italian ice S/F..a little broth I have one more week to go..I just put Isopure in some ice trays in the freezer hope that will work..

I can relate it took me 2yrs to do this I am 5 day post op I did they sleeve My Dr.doesn't do the lap band any more everyone I know who had the lap band has to redo the surgery and did the sleeve but you and your Dr.can cover what is best for you Do your research!!! fine a support group in your home town... I just talk to a lot of people in my home town support group and a lot of Band didn't keep the weight off and take as much weight off as the sleeve will do.I read the book Weight Loss Surgery for Dummies great book... Good LUCK!!!

Day 5 post op lost 12 lbs... been a hard week but doing better hope every one is doing great...

Just got from the hospital doing good in pain form the gas but I am been walking..the Surgery was very hard on me the 1st night was hell stick very stick glad I had a great Drs..and staff.glad to be home..

I am here getting ready to go back for my sleeve see y'all on the other side with my new sleeve!!

Packing for in the morning got my gas X and motion sickness patch for behind my ear put 1 on tonight be for bed Hope not be so sick (nausea). phone charger, rob, slippers ect...I guess I got every thing ready for 5;00 am..My niece is staying with me for a week to help me get up and start walking every hour or two will help for the gas Got to get up and going asap going back to work soon....Hope everyone is doing better hang in there!!

You are not a cheater....maybe you need to stay away from her for a while you need to have people on you side she is very jealous person ...The sleeve is a tool there is still a lot a lot of work to be done by you and only you this is for you and your health..I am a yo yo dieter also. that is so hard on your heart so keep people like her out of your life you will need all the support and support group around you.Good luck to your new life!!

Good luck to everyone who has the sleeve this week..I know the feeling a little cold feet today had a talk with myself today and I know this is the best thing I am doing for me so ready for a new life come on summer at the lake, jet ski,camping ect.. I am ready to be back in the life style I miss when I was thinner. give us update...

My sleeve date is Monday I was told by my Dr. about 2 weeks to get back to work you will start walking right a way lots of walk will help you with gas weight loss.My Dr. told me not to pick up or bend over for 2-4 weeks you wont want to open up your staples and have any leakages you need to talk with your Dr.office and see what they said..Good Luck !! I am preop day 6 no fun but gum has help...
