I was sleeved on 6 FEB. I have been enjoying the ride so far. I lost alot of weight very quickly, now I have slowed down. I made it through the stall and now I am back to losing the weight. I returned to work and seem to be OK, I just have a little bit of discomfort in my lower left abdomen. It feels like when I was trying to get rid of the extra gas I had the first couple days after the surgery. I just finished my last day at work, I start my leave of absence on the 4th. Surgery is on the 6th I am excited, but this Pre-Op diet is killing me. Does anyone have any suggestions for some way to liven it up little bit?
