PepperPaul, I am on Liquid for breakfast and lunch. Then for dinner a Lean & Green meal consists on a Lean piece of protien and Green Vegetables including salad with No Fat dressing. -

My new favorite appliance....Electric Pressure Cooker. You can cook anything in it and it only takes a few minutes. Did pork chops last night in 10 minutes. And since you cook with a little fluid the meat is really tender!!

I ordered compression socks from Amazon. They were alot less expensive. I think $11.50 a pair??? -

Sumsuz68, Thanks for your input! We have the same surgeon and they have not been very responsive when I have inquired on certain topics. Have you had that same experience? I guess I need to call them on Monday morning and get some more information. I have kind of been winging it. The information I get off of this forum has helped alot! -

Just starting day 3 of my pre op diet. So far so good. For those of you that are allowed a Lean and Green meal, I need some ideas. What is everybody eating? My doctors office didn't give me any rules for these meals!!!!! So far I have been eating chicken breasts and salads.... -

Sometime it pays to buy the ticket and if you need to change the date pay the change fee. Sometimes it can be less than the higher price of the ticket. I know all about high ticket prices. I am flying 7000 miles each way on an airline that has the monopoly in my neck of the woods!! Damn you United!!!!
