O good idea... Ill look into that day 3 is going great! But I'm at work it's hard when I'm at home

Preop diet so far today hasn't been to bad . I worked 10-5 so I was busy most of the day... So far I've had 3 bottles of water... Half can of chicken broth... 2 protein shakes and a sugar free jello. Going to Texas Roadhouse tonight and ill have a chicken salad.... And one more protein shake before bed! Only 10 more days till surgrey

Well let me rephrase lol I can have 4oz of high protein like chicken or fish.... And 1/2 cup of veggies.... So i had a side salad and changed my order to salmon...wanted to eat the whole fillet buy made myself stop

Surgery day May 10th in San Antonio Texas. Started pre op diet today weighing 223..... Goal after surgrey 140!

About to make my first protein shake! Lets are how this goes

I've been trying to get approved since June 2012 and up to I found out I was approved I wasn't nervous at all I guess since this process was so long.... But starting a few days ago I'm starting to get nervous and sorta sad about not being able to eat certain foods! I'm from Texas so I love my Mexican food and hot sauce! And also my diet dr peppers and diet sunkist! So today is gonna be my last Pig out day! Since I woke up I've had pop tart... And some chocolate.... And cheese nips lol And for lunch i just had macaroni and cheese with tuna! I'm probley gonna make my self sick!

Thanks for the reply! We don't have a cosco here..... But ill try SAMS! And not a fan of tomato soup... Lol but I'm sure I can figure something out! I'm usually pretty busy have a 2 year old and work a full time job and a needy bf lol. So that shouldn't be a problem! I know this might sound silly but I've never made a protein shake... How's the best way... Milk ... Water... Ice?!?

Wow what a journey it has been for me! Last June i started this journey and have jumped threw sooooo many hoops. Was denied end of last year didnt have all info that insurance needed due to a coordinator not caring about her job ! Best thing happend she lost her job and i got a new coordinator that actually cared about my case! Thank u Tori! I have all my ducks finally lined up and should have no reason for denial! Bmi is over 35....2 cormorbites.... Phyc eval done... Sleep study done... Egd done... And 6 months worth of documented nutritionist visits....please send good vibs my way! Called uhc today! They received my info and its being reviewed! They have me surgrey date! May 10th

I did a fitness boot camp and that did not count towards supervised diet . They said it had to be from a dr or nutritionist... Thought that was silly since we were weighed every 3 weeks and did measurements

My BMi is 36 and submitted all my info to insurance a few days ago. They gave me a surgrey date already but still waiting on insurance. I meet all requirments

Omgggggggg! Grrr so called united to check status... They backed my file out.... My nutritionist didnt send in my February nut visit!!!!! Sooooo resubmit tomorrow for 3rd time !!!!! Lets get it together ladies!!!!!
