The last couple of days has been the worst for me yet I haven't be working out like I should have but starting tomorrow I'm back on my diet again starting back a day one to see how much weight I can lose by my, bday next month I'm hoping for atleast 15lbs

I recently had gvs on november 28 12 I'm down 32 lbs so far but I feel like it can be more. I started at 268 lbs is there something else I can do beside eating right and exercise
