Stay off the scale!, and increase activity. Try walking around the block. If you feel like you don't have the energy. Try crystal light energy in the powdered form. It give you a natural like boost. You'll get there! Good luck to you! -

Cat naps are normal! I experienced that. What helped me while I slept was complete darkness and I put a thin pillow over my stomach so I can roll over w minimal pain. When you laugh and cough use the pillow. Just apply little pressure. It works like a charm. Good luck. -

Lost 18lbs since my surgery day (3/4) I am so excited. Ahhhhhh. Just proves to me that I'm getting closer to the light at the end of the tunnel! -

I was sleeved on Monday the fourth and I'm going back to work tomorrow! Ugh. I'm not in physical pain but I'm not back at 100% and I'm feeling really anxious. I think I can def do this tomorrow. Plus my job isn't strenuous but I don't want to be slacking too much. Maybe I'm thinking too much. Oh boy here come the emotions. -

I was sleeved the 4th and I'm suffering from soreness. Certain incisions hurt more. I had a lot of gas while I was In hospital but I did laps around the surgical ICU to get it worked out. Everyday gets better. -

Seeing physical stats is really inspiring. Highest weight 330 CW 305 GW 175 I will be getting sleeved on Monday 3/4/13 Words can't deceive my excitement. -
My doctor said I should take a week off from work. My surgery in on Feb 4th. Consult your doctor, its best to follow his/her orders.

My surgery in on Feb 4th! Am also in New York. What hospital? Mine is through Bellevue. But relocates to another bc of hurricane Sandy.
