Ive had my surgery in jan 2013 i sw 236 now cw 190 i cant seem to lose any more weight stalled for two months i dont take my vitamins reg and water is hard to get down

Im nine months out started at 236 now 189 whatd that 47 pounds im stalled for two months

Im in nursing had wls sleeve jan was my idea to lose weight down 43 pounds i took six weeks off work

I was really bad i had alot of pain four six weeks i felt better i went back to work then good luck for her

I think its going around because i have bronchitis im four months post op on z pac not getting any better

Hey 28 had mine in jan down 43 pounds live in nj

Blessings my dr told me no popcorn or nuts nor anything gummie or soda

How do you get rid of that extra skin
