Down 79lbs. The best decision I've ever made. Been stuck for about 2 months, but I'm happy weighing in the 150's...keep up the good work everyone!!!

I was sleeved dec 13 it's been 5 months..starting weight was 233 and I'm down to 164.. Hoping to reach a goal of 140. The best decision I've ever made keep up the good work everyone

I was sleeved dec 13 2012 was down 31lbs at my 4 week weigh in went through a two week stall. Didn't loose any week 5 or 6 on week seven now and already loo two pounds. I was frustrated to!! Keep your head up!
