Hi there! I am waiting to hear from Aetna on my sleeve to bypass revision. I called today and they said it's in review as of the 26th. Said it could take 7-10 days. Just curious...were you approved? How long did it take to hear back for a final decision? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using the BariatricPal App -

Im 15 months out and I've been stuck at 162 since Christmas. Im getting very discouraged and depressed like I was before I was sleeved. Im willing to try anything -
Thank you for the info! Does the meat, green veggies, and oils help to detox?
-
How do you juice???
-
Me too! And its making me feel like I did before I had my surgery...very bloated and full all over...I just dont know what is the best way to get back on track....
-
I'm a little over a year post op from the sleeve and I've been at a stall for about 4-5 months. I've fell off the wagon here recently, I've had a lot of stress with work and school....I know its not an excuse....LOL. Anyways I feel very bogged down and bloated and well...not good. Has anyone tried a cleanse to kinda detox? If so what are some good ones to do? Any info is greatly appreciated!

I'm Emilee68. I just started using it again this week to get back on track! Add me if you would like to. I don't mind at all! -
Thank you all so much for the encouraging words! I'm trying the 5 day sleeve test tomorrow so ill have a full report in 5 days on how it went!!
-
The 5 day sleeve test is where you test your restriction by doing 2 days of full liquids, 1 day soft Protein, 1 day firm protein and 1 day solid protein. I'm starting it tomorrow so hopefully it'll help get me back on track! I'll let everyone know!

I will be 6 months post op on 8/26 and I've only lost 47 lbs. The past 2 months I've fallen off the wagon so to speak and I've been eating sweets and drinking a few carbonated drinks every week. How can I get back on track? Should I do the 5 day sleeve test or does that really work in getting back on track. I'm finding that I'm grazing more when I'm bored ugggghhhhh
