hi again I am in Qld Australia and I haven't heard of any of the protein shakes or powdered peanut butter but I will try and source these and give them a go really I don,t have a problem with the shakes just the first week after that I could probably live on them for life the dietitian told me to go back to solid foods but I know of people who have continued on with shakes and vitamins as their only diet and they are healthy and correct weight think I made a mistake listening to the dietitian as once I was eating""normally" the weight came back seriously considering a liquid diet as a lifestyle I can drink optifast and optislim and cannot see the benefits in solid food diets when its just a quick slide back to obesity gonna get back on track thanks for the support!
