I was banded by Dr. Spivak in Houston in Mar 05. I have lost around 65+ lbs. I'm thrilled. I am 36 yrs old and want to have a second baby. Everyone has said to wait one year. So I am going to try to lose 30lbs by then. I am schedule for a tune-up/fill the first week of January and plan to exercise by butt off (quite literally!) until then...
