Hello, Last year I have my breast with implants (Mentor) done and a tummy tuck at Havana cuba and for $ 4,700.00 U.S. This is included all the medications, lab test and 7 days at the private international clinic Cira Garcia. I a from Canada 2 YEARS ago ,i did a complete facelift including the eyes at the same clinic and i paid $2,600.00 U.S This is included 5 days at the clinic and ll the medications and lab tests. This year,i will get my legs and butt done and the prices is $2,600.00 U.S This is included lab test, medications, 7 days at the clinic and the transportations. Hello, My family doctor follow me and i send my for blood test. Before you leave Mexico, the doctors do some leak test and they make sure everethings is ok. After the surgery, you have to follow strictely the recommandations from the doctors, if you do , you wont have any problems at all. I consederated the sleeve as an easy surgery and i am very happy with my deecision. Céline

Hello, Well i took a year to do some recherches and belive me Mexico had very height standards as concerned health and expertise. I deal with 3 medical agencies and i choose ALightertMe (4,200 all incluted) beacause they anwser all my questions many times and the staff are very professionnals. I received a 5 stars service since the beginind and the end of the process to get my sleeve. My family doctor approuved my decision and i told me a lot of goods things about the mexican doctors and the medical care i was gone to received from them. I got no regrets at all and no way i will be treat and pay 3 or 4 time the price in Canada. It will be the same for my cosmetic surgery , i will go to Cuba soon because they have the best doctors for cosmetic and ther price are very low. I save a lot of money to go to differents couwntrie and i dont want to pay a mercedez to the canadians doctors. This is my opinion about the medicals procedures in differents counwtries. Céline

Hello, Anyone ad a surgery at Cosmed clinic Tijuana by Dr Kuiroz. I am looking to get a lower body lift. My BMI was 33 and i had the sleeve 6 months ago and i did the right decision, no regrets. Took me 6 months ro loose my 60 pounds! i considerated my save as a slow looser and this ok with me!

I think 60 pounds in 4 month it is very good. You should not expect to loose a lot of wheight every month. I think 60 pounds it is a victory and dont feel guitly because your having a treat. Just remember wath you were eating before and now, it most must be a difference in the quantities? Sometime i have a treat to and i feel ok with that. So wath ! and as long i dont force my self to eat more. I thimk it is normal to have a treat sometime. I dint gained wheight and i am still loosing slowley and it is ok like that because i have all my life in front of my to loose and my skin is not to affect with a fast loosing. Be good with your self!

Hello, I quit a fews days before my surgery and i smoked a little bit 4 days after my surgery and i am still smoking. i know this is not good for my but i am actualy not ready yet to quit. I know one day i will quit. I am a fraid to have consequences at long term with my smoking.

Hello, i decided when i got my sleeve to put away the scale! Finish the scale for my, if i follow the rules pot surgery, i will losse pounds. I dont get discouraded that way . I dont focus on the scale now but i rather keep in mind that i gave my self a second chance and it will work. You will see the difference in your clothing. This my way to deal eveday!

Hello, I had a low IBM(32) to and i had the sleeve in april. This is ths best decision i took (prevention for later) i dint want to wate and to be like my mother at 300 pounds at 79 years old. This is very hard to take care of her because of her wheight. No regrets to have it done. I was tired of yoyo dieting. You have the chance to do it, well dont hesitated! Céline
