I was sleeved on the 26th. I'm getting about 45 oz down. Tomorrow I'm defiantly getting 64 down as my goal. (Well, today). I would try standing and sipping if you haven't already. Do one sip then walk around a bit then take another sip. And take deep breaths. That seems to help me make room or just in my mind lol. Maybe sip and go up a few steps. Good luck to you -

Haha yeah it's crazy the noises that come from my belly now! How are you feeling otherwise? Nighttime is worse for me I guess since I'm not drinking or moving as much. I'm freezing too. Like 2 blankets, heating pad, socks and I'm still cold! -

Did you retain a ton of water in your legs? Mine are so swollen. They aren't red and they aren't hurting but one is more swollen then the other -

Did anyone retain a ton of water? My legs are really swollen as well as my iv hand. One legs is more swollen. It doesn't hurt and isn't red but I'm just concerned. I have a call into the doc. I might just head to er to be safe -

Ugh I refused to get on the scale. I'm 2 days post op and can't even bend my legs. I'm sooo bloated. I've been drinking and walking. What else can I do? -
Home from the hospital. Man that was a little rough. Wonderful surgeon and staff at Jefferson in Philadelphia. Looking forward to the days to come. I hope you are all doing well
