Hi everybody!! Lately I've had no motivation I don't know of it's because I haven't lost weight since before thanksgiving. I'm 15 pounds away from my goal. But I can't seem to break this!!!! Does anybody have any suggestions on diets or exercise??! I've been to the edge of attempting to drink diet pills but them I think the reason I got my sleeve was to stop with all that!!! Please help me with advice and motivation (

What is that 5:2 that the veterans use??

I'm stuck too. Thinking of trying the 5:2 diet that a lot of the Veterans on the forum hear use to break thru stalls or lose when they've regained a bit. Of course if I would stop getting sick with colds and get some exercise that would help too! Hi what is that 5:2?

Hello February sleevers!!! What kinds of protein shakes are y'all taking? I was on premier protein but got tired of only choclate!!! Since I can't stand vanilla I was stuck on only choclate :\. But a friend took me to an herbalife shake shop and their protein shakes r AMAZING!!! 220 calories and 29g of protein. I also take their vitamins. That's all I take vitamins and protein shakes. Has anybody else taken herbalife??

Hi!!! I'm 3 months post op. I was just wondering when do we actually stop losing weight. I've had so many stalls it drives me crazy sometimes!!!! I try not to get on here so much because sometimes it discourages me cuz there are some that r losing the weight so fast and I've only lost 45 pds in 3 months and I follow the plan. I just want to know if I'm done losing weight or do I still have more to go :/.
