Has anyone had experience with plastics in Brazil, or know of anyone who has. I have in laws in brazil so I can stay with them. I'm between Colombia and brazil.

How much are you taking? Has it worked for you? I have been taking 4,000 MCG. Come to find out I need 1000 MCG to get 1 MG.

I was on the pill before surgery. But stopped about 2 weeks before. I'm not on anything right now. And I'm afraid the pill will affect my weight loss. What's your experience with weight loss post op??? HELPP

Do they exist? I've tried the pills, so hard to swallow... The liquid Calcium makes nauses.... So I thought maybe the chews would be great... Any ideas?? Help!! Stephanie

So I'm 7 weeks out from surgery pre op weight 231 current weight 201. I have been stalled at 201 for about a week and a half or so. I'm worried I'm doing something wrong. Some days I have a protein shake, 8oz of milk, 2 splendas, cinnamon and 2 scoops of isopure unflavored 25g per scoop. For lunch I have chicken breast with black beans or mashed potates And something similar for dinner. I work out 4x a week 20 min power walk on 6.0 incline and jog for about 12 mins. What am I doing wrong? Please helpppppp

Me too! Good experience. Try that. And don't weigh yourself for a few days. Hide the scale! Stephanie

I finally kicked it!! I'm 196 now:) I just stopped working out for a few days and drank lots of water. It worked. Do something different. Trick your body. Drink more water or less or less protein. Did you have surgery with dr. Garcia?

How much have you lost so far?

I'm gonna stop working out. And maybe go back to the 3 week diet restriction for a few days and see if that changes anything. Trust me I hate it. Being stuck at 201. I need to throw out the scale. Because it's just stressing me out.

Yeah I've noticed I haven't been drinking as much water, so I'm drinking a lot now.

Maybe I need to put away the scale lol

I'm 3 weeks post op, and I think I'm hitting a stall!! I fluctuate between 212 and 213. One day I'm 212 the next 213 and so on... I'm frustrated I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Please some advice or suggestions! Stephanie

How long after (post op) did you start to jog? My dr said about two months. What did you do?

I went to Mexico earlier this month! It was a great experience!!!! Drs and nurses were great. I went with dr Fernando Garcia at mi doctor. It's much more common then you guys think!!! You should still go!

Is self pay an option for you? I knew my insurance wouldn't pay so I didn't bother. I did self pay $4700. But it is in MX. Everything is great there. The quality of care etc. there is a specific forum for it here. Check it out if you're interested/:)

I ONLY had gas pain, for a few hrs. Make sure you walk walk walk. I had no pain at all internally. (Stomach) good luck Stephanie
