    Thanks!! I want to be able to add the protein to others things like oatmeal, yogurt etc. I'm 10 days PRE OP and going nuts trying to figure out what to buy. I bought the EAS advant edge from Walmart vanilla for my pro op diet.

    I'm having surgery march 8 with dr. Fernando Garcia. I was initially going to go with Cabrera/Valenzuela but after more research I felt more comfortable with dr Garcia. I'm excited. Wish you the best of luck Amanda! Stephanie

    I was told by my coordinator pre op diet for 7 days 2 protein shake one for breakfast one for lunch and a salad with protein for dinner. And the day before surgery a light breakfast (I.e. cereal) and clear liquids the rest of the day. Surgery is the next morning. I'm using dr Fernando Garcia
