eggs are an issue for a lot of people, so don't worry if they don't agree with you right now. It took me 3 - 4 months before I could eat eggs again and I still cannot eat runny yolks (instant throwing up), but hard yolks are okay. Be careful about adding in condiments that may add a lot of bad calories. Use yogurt instead of mayo.
Also, watch the chocolate milk, it is often very high in sugar and sugar is not your friend. I saw a bottle of Tru Moo Chocolate milk (about 8 - 10 oz.) that had 40 grams of sugar! Waaaay too much!
