Make sure you're getting in all of your vitamins and supplemnts. Also, be sure you're getting in the right amount of protein and fluids...that's my biggest issue...also sleep is very important. making sure you're getting enough rest is a vital part of weight loss. good luck!

you must remember that muscle weighs more than fat. i know it's hard not to become fixated on the scale but we need to refrain from weighing daily to weekly or every other. your body is probably adjusting. plus you have to eat more when working out as long as your selecting the healthier options you should be fine. you will get over this hump!

my doctor says i need to have another sleep study done in order to completely do away with the machine. i haven't been using it since i've lost about 30 lbs and i sleep well but it still makes me a little nervous. i think i'm going to start back using it again. i have a 7month old son to life for -

cream of wheat and thinned oatmeal are great for breakfast. i also ate the hand soups from Campbell cream of chicken, broccoli, and chicken and stars...they are less than 200 calories and very filling. -

July 2010 ~ Weight 254 lbs ~ Total loss 56 lbs Bought some new clothes at Cato's. Most tops I bought were 18/20 and a couple were 14/16.
