    Thank you for your encouraging post....I have been very frustrated with my weight loss results since my gastric sleeve 4 months ago...after doing everything I could.....I finally opted for this surgery as a last attempt to loose weight. I am unable to exercise consistently as I have severe knee pain on both the legs.
