One year is 1/16. I am down 126 since surgery and working on my last 6 lbs. Felt so good for the first time in forever that my resolution is not to lose weight. Hope to get healthier by working out more and running a few 5ks. This surgery has changed my life. Eat healthy most of the time but do not limit myself. Everything is moderation.

I wish I can be less of a scale hawk. Wish the number was no longer important. I am down 106 lbs since 1/16 and want to lose 20 more for a goal of 145. Yesterday I was so frustrated because of the number on the scale. Was anyone able to get past the number and just be happy with the way they feel and look. Damn scale.

5 months today since my surgery and loving my sleeve. Starting weight 270 current weight 169. Down 101 lbs. woohoo. 30 more to go. Hope I can make it happen.

I have a great NSV. My daughters class was going on a trip and I was a chaperone. We ordered shirt for the group and I ordered myself a large. Which is a huge victory in itself. The day the shirts came she brought mine home and told me that mine was one of the only large shirts and everyone else was either an XL or 2XL. I couldn't be happier. I wore it for the trip yesterday and it was even a bit big. Loving my sleeve. Down 95 lbs since 1/16. 35 more to goal.

Today it has been 4 months since I started my new life. 1/16/13 HW:270 SW: 267 CW:179 Total loss 91lbs I love my sleeve.

I am almost 4 months out and I'm down 90 from highest. 35 to my goal. Hope to get there in next 4 months.

Currently at 181. Hope to make 170 by 6/21. Love my sleeve.

Got the results of my 3 month post op Bloodwork today. Everything came back normal. I was worried also. So glad everything is good.

Meant see what 3 more months will bring. . Darn auto correct.

Same here. Taking Flintstone complete with iron since 1 week after surgery and they don't make me sick.

Almost 3 months and down 67 lbs. sleeved 1/16/13.
