    It is hard to know someone's tone from a text, but I think it's best not to criticize how much research someone has or hasn't done and just answer the question. Essentially she is here for support and the fact is she had the surgery already. To the OP thanks for feeling comfortable enough to ask the question. Yes, we will have stalls and 30 pounds is great! Good job!

    Yes! I dream of shopping in the same stores as my sisters... who have never had weight issues! I haven't bought new clothes, I'm just walking around in my extra baggy 22s and 20s.

    The only thing I did was increase the intensity of my work out. I added incline and additional time to my treadmill.
